16.39 Red Bull and Mercedes stopped twice to change the tyres, Ferrari only once. A masterpiece for Charles Leclerc, who in the second half of the race was as fast as Mercedes and Red Bull. Good afternoon and welcome to the LIVE updates of the 70th Anniversary GP, the fifth round to decide the world title of F1 2020, here in Silverstone for the second weekend in a row. Like last weekend, Mercedes dominated the weekend, and it seems the battle for the win will be between Valtteri Bottas, who got the pole position, and Lewis Hamilton.

While the first two spots on the podium seem already decided, the thirds one is accessible for a few drivers. Hulkenberg (Racing Point) will start from P3 and is chasing his first-ever podium in F1, but he will need to defend his position from Max Verstappen (Red Bull) and Daniel Ricciardo (Renault), who will respectively start from P4 and P5.

Racing Point had a troubled weekend after the FIA verdict that confirmed the infringement and upheld Renault complaint. The team received € 400,000 fine and a 15-point penalty, but the team is still allowed to race. However, Ferrari, Renault and McLaren appealed the decision to allow Racing Point to compete.
